  • Enhance the Foundation’s public standing by representing and speaking for the Foundation in the community.
  • Ensure adequate financial resources by supporting the Foundation fundraising.
  • Protect assets and provide proper financial oversight.
  • Monitor, strengthen and advise the Foundation in its efforts to develop programs and activities.
  • Perform all other duties as provided in the bylaws or prescribed by the Foundation’s Board.
