The annual event is a fundraiser benefiting the students and schools of Union City and South Hayward. The 5K course will include a chip-timed route for runners and a family-friendly walk for those who prefer a slower pace. 2018 will bring an excellent event for fitness-minded people, families with children, and serious athletes.
Crossfit OneWorld will host fitness training activities for adults and a Ninja Warrior-inspired course for children. Coaches will be on hand all day to talk about Crossfit and fitness in general, and there will be scheduled competitive sessions for adult and youth registrants.
Earth Day will be the focus of our science-related fair, featuring activities related to STEM, the environment, recycling, healthcare, and fitness.
